Please note that we are accessing records compiled and controlled by third parties, and reporting the results to you. The reports are electronically assembled. No human interaction goes into the final results and analysis. Refunds are not given for disputed values or inaccurate tax reporting or assessor data. It costs us money every time we generate a report; you are paying for our service not the results.
You will only be charged for purchases you agree to. Furthermore, you will never be charged without first receiving a description of the charge, as well as the option to cancel the charge without proceeding further.
We value your business and would like to ensure your satisfaction. If you feel that we have made an error that we can correct please contact customer service or you can call Customer Service at (425) 605-1397. Hours of operation are Mon-Fri: 8am - 5pm. Additionally, you can fax your request to 425-576-4204. Please include your order number in your correspondence if possible.
