How Does InstantHomeValue.com Work?

Instant Home Value was founded to provide consumers access to the same real estate appraisal technology and reports used by banks and mortgage companies to approve mortgages and home loans. Reports are generated instantly online by simply entering the property's address.

Online consumers purchase a detailed professional report. Purchased reports are stored in the consumer's account for printing or future viewing.

We also provide a unique report prospect lead program for real estate agents who want to reach active sellers and buyers who are using the Internet to search for house values and home appraisals. With the prospect leads program, the real estate agents' picture, name, agency, contact information and personal message are prominently displayed at the top of Instant Home Value's free and paid reports in the ZIP codes that the agent chooses.

The valuation reports also include a section that encourages active home sellers and buyers to seek the agent's help. Sellers are encouraged to contact the agent for a free Comparative Market Analysis. Buyers are encouraged to seek the agent's help finding a home.

Agents receive an email each time a seller or buyer requests their help. The email includes the seller's or buyer's complete contact information, questionnaire responses and property report. Agents are also notified by email each time a valuation report is generated. Reports are stored in the agent's online account for printing and future reference.

Signing up and participating in the program is quick and easy. There are no set-up fees, no monthly fees, no referral commissions and no long-term commitment.

Once you have opened an account, entered a property and select 'Purchase Report', it is instantly available. You will then be able to view this report for 30 days after your purchase. You simply log on with your user name and password and review your report activity.

Is my credit card information secure?

For your safety and security we do not store credit card information. When you make a purchase your credit card is being authorized by VeriSign, the largest and most secure online credit card authorization service in the world.

Logging into your account automatically displays your report activity and additionally grants you access to manage your prospect lead profile, get AVM reports and view your current orders and report histories.
